White Widow Auto.... I got them to grow 1 to 2 inches tall, then they died!

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

“All of your White Widow seeds germinated. Four of them got 1 to 2 inches tall, then died. They had a small pinch at the base of the stalk. They laid over and died. One out of the ten is doing well. My other regular plants (7) are doing well, as they yearly do. 10 and 14 gallon pots, and will be about
5 lbs (see pictures below). I was asked about growing conditions but most of the info was irrelevant as only one made it out of the starter room. I do the normal seed in the water for three days, then in a damp paper towel. All the seeds made nice 1/4 to 1/2” root. Then planted in some organic soil I have mixed in about 18% of earth worm castings. When they clear soil, I put them under a 4’ grow light. When they are 1" tall, they go outside. Only one did the normal. Had 5 that showed breaking
soil, and then did absolutely nothing. Hope this helps in some way, any advice would be appreciated"

“5 gal smart pot inside 14 gal tub.”

“Rest of my grow. 2 Blue Blood, 2 Blue Dream, one Trainwreck, one Fruity Chrinic Juice, and 1 Sugar Black Rose. White Widow in front. Seeds planted March 17, for reg. seeds. Auto fem planted May 17.”

I didn’t read he had a fan, seedlings need a fan to lightly stress their stalks into firming up

Did you check the roots of the ones that didn’t make it. When I had 2 chronic widow seedlings fall over and die, I pulled them out the ground to inspect them. I found small bugs that were living in the soil had attached themselves to the seedlings and fed off of them. This was due to the soil being too wet.
