White Truffle Autos, not photos

Back in December, I had bought a bunch of White Truffle Photo seeds (20 on Order number: 737832) and I ended up planting 3 of them, all outside, around March 25th. I put one in hydroponics, one in a very large pot, and one in my garden area. I was trying them all in different mediums to see how they would do. As a surprise, all 3 started flowering a little bit ago. You can see them in veg in a lot of my other posts and pictures. I guess that I’m glad that they ended up being autoflower ones instead of photoperiods because If they all became ready for harvest in October, I would have never been able to leave my house for the whole month. These are getting close to harvest, so I wanted to brag a bit about how chunky they are looking, especially the hydroponic one. But the one in the pot and the garden are not far behind. Here’s the hydroponic one from a couple of different views. The one in the blue pot is one of the other ones. Hope you like them.

Here’s my garden one from a week or so ago

Appreciate that! Thanks for posting this @Darran
I am happy to hear it worked out well, but its still disconcerting to see them being mixed-up.

I’ll DM you so we can arrange some replacements to make up for this!

Hey @Borderryan22 @Hopalong @Olaf.ILGM @Bonjoyle

I have to agree with this sentiment. I’ve only had one other issue before and all the folks at ILGM went above and beyond to help out with the issue. It (and the Home Grow Tour) is the reason I quit buying seeds from other places. These guys/gals are great.

Hey there everyone. I had posted in the White Truffle Grow Off chat about it being time to chop the Garden Girl. Got off my lazy butt early and had at it. Did all the bucking, trimming, rough cutting, finish trimming, bud wash and rinsing, and is now in the barrel mesh dryer. Will be ready to do an 8-week cure after drying with Terp bags. Seems like a long day for sure. I’m including pictures. Hope you enjoy them. Have a great evening and a great Holiday Weekend if you are vacationing. Take care.

Hey @SausageMahoney , do you mean the coffee cup?

The inlaid glass tiled jug by the umbrella mast. Oil lamp possibly??

My guess yep a smudge pot…

That’d be a good cultivar name.

Ahhhh, yes @SausageMahoney , that is a citronella oil lamp for the mosquitoes, especially at dusk. Thanks for noticing it, we really like it too. Appreciate it. I wasn’t sure if you meant the Satanic coffee mug, or the scissor hash white container, or the citronella oil lamp.

Early yesterday (4th) I ended up taking the sister White Truffle from the large blue plant pot. I’m sad to say that I lost a LOT of the harvest to waiting too long and *&^%$!@# caterpillars. If I pulled one off, I must have ended up pulling thirty. The birds loved me because I was throwing them in the yard and they were swooping down right away to nab them. Circle of life thing. I had been checking and saw an occasional one that I would pull, but literally had no idea that it was that bad. I’m thinking about doing the mesh nets next grow. Anyone have any experience with them? Here goes my picture dump. Not as good as my garden gal went, but at least I got some. Have a great day all.

Outdoors can be heartbreaking. Our compost larvae been eating bud rot buds for weeks. I threw some watermelon in because I imagine they have the munchies at this point. Circle of life :+1:

Thanks brother, It’s so hard to explain the range of emotions (highs, lows, disappointments, frustration, joys, etc…) to others that are not involved in this growing journey or never have been. I always appreciate the input and comradery that happens here in these forums because we can, and have, all felt these exact things. I can tell a non-grower " hey, I lost over a pound of bud due to XXX" and they will say something along the lines of that they are sorry, but you know that they don’t feel that same pain as you do. When I read on here that someone lost crop due to an outlier circumstance, I can really relate and empathize from my heart. Thanks.

Okay, going into the cure phase for 8 weeks in Terp bags. I have hygrometers in each one as well as Boveeda 62% packs until they get stable. Usually about a week. There is more than the White Truffle Autoflower in the picture but that is the majority of it. Also have a little Gelato Auto, Papaya Kush Auto, and something else. Have to look at the labels that I made again.
