You might want to cover them. The seeds shouldn’t be exposed to light needlessly whent germinating… 
At least, that’s what I was thought.

I run a photo and an auto in a 2x4 tent with two 100watt LED lights and it’s been great. It’s been the best hobby ever especially for a guy like myself who’s in a wheelchair and is home all day.

Is there any way to remove the ads in the middle of threads? Don’t get me wrong, I love knowing the ILGM specials, but it’s already at the top and the bottom of each thread… I think having it sprinkled in the middle as well is really distracting when reading a thread.

I start my autos and photos together and I don’t adjust light % until I flip. But the autos don’t mind the little less dli due to by the time I am flipping they are all mostly finished second round of autos are a bit smaller but the yield of the photo makes up for it, so my photos get an extra 2-4 weeks of veg only makes them bigger and they can be trimmed down to size.

I wouldn’t say soak, but inside the g-room does get mighty moist during veg on some days

I only use a humidifier if my rh is under 40%. And will remove if goes up past 75%. Like my current setup has me at 44%day/70%night and no humidifier. Plastic domes and a spray bottle help to not need humidifier.
And once you are watering to runoff your rh will climb a little bit.
My other advice is don’t have vpd as long as your heat light and rh are all in acceptable parameters you are good.
Temp 70-85°F and rh 40-70% and lights are set correctly you will be just fine.
Another thing I tell new growers check out a nutrients line called advanced Nutrients pH perfect. It’s just mix measure ppm and feed no fussing with pH.

And they have a mixing calculator/chart.
Is says hydroponic but can be used on soil, Promix and hydroponic systems.

Yeah ofc, I just push the pH perfect because it removes all need to pH anything ever. Your line will definitely do the job just have to add in time for pH testing and adjustment.
Just something to keep in mind I know we are all busy but one miscalculation on pH and could be big trouble, The pH perfect don’t care what your tap water comes out at it will adjust pH on its own for what the plant needs to feed.
Again something to look into, and can get 250ML bottles on Amazon cheap. The 250ML bottles will only do 1 maybe 2 plants.

My best advice is absolutely forget VPD or you gonna be chasing your tail. Stick to temp and humidity.
And you will be just fine.

If I was saying anything misleading or wrong Kap, Low, Growdoc or one of them bigger names would chime in an correct me. Everything I am saying is information I got from this forum or a forum member during private phone calls. Just wanna make things as easy for you as possible and see you get large yields.
