Where do I go from here?

• What strain, Seed bank, or bag seed - White Widow fem auto

• Method: Soil w/salt, Organic soil, Hydroponics, Aquaponics, KNF - Hydro DWC

• Vessels: Pots, Grow beds, Buckets, Troths - 5 gal bucket, 5 in, net pot

• PH of Water, Solution, runoff (if Applicable) - about 6.2

• PPM/TDS or EC of nutrient solution if applicable at time was about 1400, now 650

• Indoor or Outdoor - indoor 2 x 4 x 6 tent in 10 x 20 shed

• Light system - 2 LED lights, 1000w ea. low heat

• Temps; Day, Night - springtime, been upper 70’s to mid 80’s outside days, 70-80f inside, nights 40 - 50f

• Humidity; Day, Night 45 - 55 %

• Ventilation system; Yes, No, Size 4" fan pulling from tent to charcoal filter. The last few weeks opened flaps for more circulation. Also a 6" oscillating fan

• AC, Humidifier, De-humidifier, - portable A/C - was turned off on day in question. Previous day was 73f that day was 91f outside, about the same inside

• Co2; Yes, No - using “Mosquito Eradicator” - yeast/sugar mix used to generate CO2 to attract mosquitos. Had hung it in tent one week ago.

Please reference my link above. One day she was a beauty,
The LED light on the left has additional red causing the purple tint in the pics.

And then suddenly:

Surprisingly facing the back wall I saw this when I turned it:

A look under the foliage. The first main branches are less than inch from the base:

She is about 11-12 weeks
Was drinking near a gallon a day.
Huge root ball.
Hundreds of buds, small but plentiful. Was just starting to get an aroma.
I had starry eyes for a nice harvest to carry me thru the summer. She hasn’t given up
Is there any salvaging this? Most of the shade leaves have dried up.
I cut a couple branches above the good growth to help it reach up. I’d like to save whatever I can.

Thanks!

@omeyer. Looks like a combination of things happened.
Higher ppms previously ( 1400 )
Higher ph previously. ( 7.1 )
Combined with the plus 91 deg temps.
According to your other post.
650 ppm is good now. But Ph should be at 5.8-5.9 for hydro.
Just wondering if the water level in your bucket dropped enough to leave the roots exposed to the air too ?
@Myfriendis410. @peachfuzz. Both grow in water and maybe they can offer some insight.

The high PH was from my first attempt last summer. I’ve learned much since then.
Tap water has varied and usually High. Have used a second bucket to regulate and manually feed from.
PH has been a bit of a roller coaster but have been keeping 5.8 - 6.2.
As thirsty as she has been next time will be a larger tote. Water was dropping 2-3 inches each day. So every evening I’ve been filling to just under the netpot. On that day it was about 4 inches down.
Filled it back up, including a quart of ice water, turned the A/C back on and have left the tent door open.
Have had an extra family member lately so have had to be stealthy with my gardening.

1 1/2 to 2" below to prevent damping off. Air in tote should be a rolling boil and will wet the bottom of net pot. Rez temps need to be below 70F as well.

Thanks.
Most of the shade leaves and buds are crispy now. The withering has continued but not spread and the branches that were shielded from the heat are thriving.
Pruning suggestions?

Hey there, Sorry to see such a catastrophic development.
Im not a hydro grower so Im not a lot of help, but I did notice something in your photos of interest.
I enlarged and cropped the area I saw.
This is fungal…Maybe not what killed the plant but a fungal infection can do this.

Yuck. OK, Another challenge. Another learning experience.
She ain’t dead yet. But I need to give her a haircut to optimize whatever is still growing.
BTW, Just smoked one of her buds. Nice buzz already. I can just imagine what she would have become.
Thanks so much for all the comments. No ego here. Just a noob anxious to learn.

She will look a lot better if the dead leaves were removed. New growth will show if you have made progress.
Best of luck. Hope she pulls through.

Much of it had near completely dried. So I harvested what looked like it wasn’t coming back.

I got some Potassium Bicarbonate and misted her down. Not sure what else I can do about the fungal issue at this stage of her life.
