When you find a random seed from a female that otherwise didn’t have a male around her. Is the seed usually a female?

It will be female but could be higher risk for becoming a hermie.

What about if you find a seed in Bud from the weed store will that be female or hermie?

Rodelization takes advantage of the fact that a female plant will try to pollinate herself as a last resort when she doesn’t get pollinated and is nearing the end of her life cycle. That is why sometimes older or stressed female plants grow a few male “balls” as a last-ditch attempt to self-pollinate. When successful, she will grow a few seeds.
These self-pollinated seeds will have gotten both sets of genes from the same female plant, so both parents will be female, and all resulting seeds with be female.

High likelihood to be a female. Growers that sell to dispenseries keep males and females separate so it’s likely a self pollinated seed.

I got a seed from a auto bud once and lost it before I could grow it

I just grew a strawberry cough seed and several clones from her that I found in dispensary bud it was 100% female I’m currently growing another plant some Grandi Guava also from dispensary bud Im expeting no issues with it

You do know those tiger stripes are resin and will rub off.
