FOX FARM TRIO and I use the FOX FARM cal-mag but I usually just add it to every other feeding all through veg and basically stop using it for bloom…
my question exactly is when is cal-lag supposed to be added and when does it stop

It isn’t on the FF feeding chart? Some add it from beginning to end, some only at certain times, some only when needed. I use ca. nitrate and mag. sulfate which are two of the dry amendments that I use so I really don’t use cal-mag in the sense you do!
Unless it’s called another name on the chart I don’t see it on there @Holmes
@Fatexotics i like to use it every other water. Water water feed water cal mag water water feed cal mag works for me. i use right to transition end 2nd week sometime depends on strain 3rd week bloom then i stop. Good for stretch growth stage i like to flush lightly beginning of 4th week feed to make sure no salt build up. Works for me. I also have my own method of feed i let the plant tell me what it needs. In the FF line it is called Bush Doctor and Gringo Rasta or that is what I came up with on a search! I have never used FF nutes or soil, but from that quick search I also found some complaints about the lack of cal mag in their stuff? I used GH Trio plus calimagic in coco and still had issues, I switched to dry 3 part nutes and have not had a problem since!
