When to transplant, when to feed nutes?

Hey yall, i got my 2nd successful popped sour diesal. This about 2 weeks now and i will transplant to her 5 gal bucket with the net pot full of clay pebbles im guessing another 2 weeks maybe. Anyway my questions are when do yall transfer to her forever home? I usually get 3ish nodes or her roots r real long ill say id transplant then. Also, when do yall start feeding her nutes? Im using artisan well water and ive gave a very low dose of some good root enzymes. Advanced nutrients brand. But i wasnt ganna start a feed till transplant then start 1/2 strength to manufacture dosing chart. What do yall do? And scientific stuff that helps the plant? Ya know the fun interesting stuff? Cmon theres gotta be some

I dont do hydro but someone will chime in… word of advice. Get your first grow under your belt before you try to go too extreme. Make sure you have adequate lighting also. Get a good quality tds and ph meter. Not el cheapo…

Nutrients are needed at the start with hydro. Are you transplanting to a soil or coco medium :love_you_gesture:

They are needed at the start? Ive popped 3 seeds and all with just tap water. No nutes untill i put in the 5 gal bucket. Maybe ill try half nutes before aee what happens. But i have a net pot full of clay pepples i put them in after a cpl weeks in the aerogarden in sponges. Dont know what im doi g but so far seems to be working.

DWC buckets or buckets with soil or coco. You can safely feed seedlings with synthetic fertilizer at 1000 PPMs and 2500 PPMs using organic soil or nutrients. :love_you_gesture:

Dwc buckets. Air stone. And a seedling can have 1000 ppm? Hmmm my understanding is that 1000 ppm is for flowering stage. Currently my ppm is 400

I stated you could safely feed seedlings at 1000 PPMs. When I rehydrate coco I use jacks 321 at full strength plus silica and the PPMs land around 900-1000 and run that start to finish. I’ve also ran aeroponic the same :love_you_gesture:

I would think 1000 ppm for a seedling is way to much!! No??

No Growmie, as stated above. Read through several grow journals and you’ll see the same. Coco growers start at 800-1000 and most soil growers start with a cannabis friendly organic medium thats as high as 2800 PPMs and start synthetic nutrients once those drop below 1000 and feed at that same number :love_you_gesture:

Ok, so what ur saying is my ppm shoukd be way higher than 1000ppm in flower? Cause if thats the case im way behind as i believe she only has a few weeks before harvest

Not in hydro using synthetic fertilizer. 800-1000 would be the PPMs or 1.6-2.0 if you’re using EC :love_you_gesture:

I gave her a new bucket fresh water and nutes at 919 ppm 5.8 ph and this morning after 10 hrs its 1016 ppm and 6.4 ph. I put some ph down to get it at 5.8, and cooled it down with a few ice cubes.

Nice, res temps are critical in hydro with temps around 65-68 degrees being ideal. Temps above 72 risk the chances of root rot (Pythium) Are you inoculating the roots with Hydroguard or an anti-fungal product? Frozen water bottles will help with res temps :love_you_gesture:
