When to stop tying down growth to Scrog

I just switched over to 12/12 2 days ago. When should I stop tying down new growth to my SCROG net? Thanks for any help.

I get my plant into the net before flowering.

This plant will stay in her net for about another month.

Is there a certain time during the flowering phase that I should quit tying down branches to my net? My branches are still growing so I’m still tying them down. Thanks for any help.

I think you need another net.

Yes like @oldmarine said other net for top flowers

I agree you need another net otherwise ur flowers will fall over

I would say it’s okay to tuck for like the first week of 12 12 unless u want all the stretch to grow up above the net. If u tuck for a week or so after flip and stretch starts u’ll tuck most of that down and have the buds grow up from the net itself not the stems also. Check @Hellraiser threads and u’ll see what I mean about just the buds being above the net vs a one foot stem with some buds on it. U’ll get the hang of it as u go and do a wonderful job.

Thanks for all the advice. Those pics were before I tied them down. This is my 3rd grow but 1st time doing the SCROG. My other 2 grows got way too high like Xmas trees and went above my lights. I will send another pic shortly. Thanks for the advice Mark0427. That what I was looking for.

Once the all main cola branches clear the net, that’s when I stop breaking branches and manipulating them to do what I feel is right

I’ll pick 8-12 branches / plant to produce flowers so it’s a simple process

You will continue to adjust plant material in the screen until the stretch is over and the plant has hardened off. You haven’t even started the stretch yet.

Here are a few photos after tying down branches yesterday.
I’m trying to force them to the center where the canopy hasn’t filled the center. I’ve for 4 plants total. 4x8 grow tent.

My friend,
When does the stretch usually end? Thanks Bud

It will vary but the stretch for the most part is done around 21 days from flip.
Picture from 10/3 flipped 10/4

The same plant in the center on 10/20

Again on 10/30

Looks like I for sure need another net on top. That was really helpful photos.
Thank you kindly

Stretch will run about 21 days after first pistils.

The second net is really dependent on how well the plant has hardened off. Here’s one with a single net:
