Have you check your run off PPMs?
Fox farm ocean forest will Usually carry plants 5 weeks Without feeding , PH water only. Plant looks fine.

You can use TDS meter to check PPM . It’s too early to water to run off.
Usually after about 4 to 5 weeks you start watering to run off if PPMs is below 1000 it is time to start feeding nutrients.

Yes , that will be fine to read PPM with. Also I recommend to pay a little more and get a good PH meter , apera would be my choice. Blue lab also good meter.

In about 3 weeks, top dress with some fox farm fruit and flower 4-9-3, then again once a month after that. Also top dress with some worm castings at the same time. That’s it. Cheap and easy.
I have used a brand new bag of FFOF for 2 grows now. I didn’t need to use nutrients. Both grows was Indica so they didn’t use up all the nutrients. Now on my Sativas the bag will be depleted off one grow cycle.
This was the 2nd crop in the same soil. Also both grows equals to over 7 months between the two cycles.
