When other ppl, (roommate)waters the girls

Soil will kill them using an AutoPot…never dries out, dampens off the roots. You must use something else.

It important to fill the bottom 2 inches of the pot with perlite, or clay balls, or something that has excellent drainage. If you haven’t done that you need to.

You need to see if the feeding chart starts with clones or seedlings and use that for first feed. If you don’t understand it take a picture and we can help. I think canna products are formulated for coco, if not you may need to add cal-mag to every feeding.

The general procedure is to mix the nutrients in the order given into your container of water. When done adding nutrients you should pH your solution and adjust if necessary

You should be good with peat, coco and perlite mix. That will work fine.

@CMichGrower yes I have roughly 2 inches of clay pebbles, and the rest is the mix I described, and your right canna does have a line for coco, BUT they also have a soil line, the grow store ppl recommended I use the soil line, so that’s what I have, I will search the feed chart again take a picture and ask questions accordingly thanks bud makes me feel A LOT BETTER knowing I have an experienced autopot user telling me I’m ok with what I got, I mean they said the same thing at the grow store, they said it will work fine just NOT recommend for OPTIMIZED use.

@CMichGrower and by the looks of these beauties, you say START THE ENGINES?

Man you guys @Covertgrower @Myfriendis410,. I cannot figure this out, I cannot figure out the grow journal thing, or any of it, I’m posting stuff in other threads when it’s meant to go into what I THINK is my journal, is there a way to just clear it all and start over? :joy::joy: Sorry I’m a very intelligent person but I’m stumped by ILGM forum, and need some assistance please!!

Peat doesn’t present the same issues as coco when it comes to cal-mag so go with what you have and see how it goes. Looks like you are getting it dialed in.

Best thing to do is do a soil slurry, (google/YouTube) and put only water in your rez.
Do a soil slurry once a week. When your ppm drops below the recommended for that week of growth (according to the nutrients feed chart you should find for your nutrients) then start feeding through your reservoir.

I have only water in there now

Find the canna coco feed chart online

I can’t really delete stuff and start over. Only thing I can recommend is to verify the post you’re in, before posting.

@Covertgrower LMAO :joy::joy: self explanatory @Kinglouida13th !!

ill be using the (veg 2 phase) schedule for 4 weeks correct?

Correct. So when your ppm is like 800 then your going to want to start feed.

@Nicky Well actually if you look that phase 2 recommends a 12 hour light schedule, so I just got off the phone with the grow store and he said "that’s where things get kinda funny, cuz canna company considers the first 2 weeks of flower as still a veg phase so he said stay in veg 1 phase until you get where you want, then when you flip to flower, for the first 2 weeks of flower they still get some veg nutes, he said it’s funny and sounds weird but its how canna line works!

@Nicky it’s recommended to put a half oz per gallon, I have a 5 gallon rez which would call for 2 and half oz’s, so I’m wondering if 2 oz’s is a safer bet?

I’m confused, cuz the chart says 6-10 ml per gallon, but the bottle says a .05 oz per gallon, I have a 5 gallon res, so I’m thinking 30 ml of the substra and 40 of the cannazym and I tsp of the rapid start?

@CMichGrower

@Nicky @CMichGrower or should I do the full strength, I’m waiting for someone to say something before I do anything.
