Whats the longest a auto has taken?

Thats some nice looking bud

I did not grow that many autos but my favorite was Blueberry. Nice compact plant even untrained with very nice buds. It was my third grow

Amnesia Haze is very temperamental. I had trouble germinating Jack Herer. Of course White Widow is a go to easy strain but can get tall and benefits from training

I grow both and each have their challenges. Autos can be tricky unless left to grow naturally. 3 key ingredients for either are Lighting, nutrients and optimum environmental conditions :love_you_gesture:

That was what I thought too. Truthfully the only thing that makes autos easier is you do not have to change the light schedule and not be concerned with near complete darkness. I enjoy the pruning, training aspects of growing photos and ability to take clones. Plus, photos are a whole lot more dependable. You might have a small phenotype but you don’t have to worry about it bolting to flower after a couple weeks when it is 6" tall. This might be the exception but it seems to happen often enough based on the number of posts on this forum.
Growing photos is just my personal preference. It gives me more of the sense of making something besides just growing it.

Cannabis plants stretch in response to not enough light (ignoring stretch phase) . They are literally trying to move closer to the sun.

@Jjj Either top as Cat said, or supercrop her. Sometimes shocking them will trigger flowering, and it will will at least give you some more height without removing any green energy-producing foliage. Topping only, you will still probably run out of room.

Mine started off really small and bushy, she’s 45 days old today, started flower around 3 weeks ago so she did about 2.5/3 weeks in veg then started flower, FastBuds genetics they are known to be super fast though. For this reason is why I chose to test them out and I’m super happy so far, my first proper run aswell, 2nd technically, but the first was rushed and harvested way too early and was in a hot cupboard, so didn’t go great, so I class this is my first proper run, I’ve never had any experience with those bulbs but personally wouldn’t trust them, I will only use LEDs, used to go by wattage but now go by Umols by the advice given in this community, the most money you should spend on the set up should 100% be the light source, I’m under a 420w led by plessey hyperion, (not a well known one to most as it’s a UK made light)

This was 2 weeks ago roughly

And this is this morning
