It’s been a little over a month since germination and the leaves on these two plants have started to show signs of nutrient deficiency or something about 5-7 days ago. I’ve never any issues this early on with the 10 plants I’ve grown prior so could use some help diagnosing the issue.
Strain: Jelly Breath (the worse of the 2, it also has some sort of genetic issue causing very asymmetrical growth at every level/node with one side putting out deformed looking leaves while the other side grows really quickly) and Tropicana Poison.
Soil: Fox Farms (50% Happy Frog, 50% Ocean Forest and some added perlite + mycorrhizae)
Environment: Temps range from 70-77 and humidity is 60-65% (I have them in a tent with 2 autos that are in flower which is why humidity is on the lower side for veg - my bigger tent has photos that are on 12/12).
Lights: 2 P1000 Viparspectra lights in a 4x2 tent about 20" above them and at ~50% intensity, again with the 2 autos that are flowering
Water: I know I have not been overwatering them, if anything they were underwatered for a bit b/c my focus has been on the other plants. I give him tap water that’s sat out for 24hrs and PH balanced to ~6.5.
Run Off Test: I tested the run off yesterday when I watered them --Jelly Breath 6.2 PH / 850 PPM, Trop Poison 6.3 PH / 730 PPM, so nothing abnormal there.
The only thing I can think of that I’ve done wrong is that I left them in solo cups for longer than I should’ve so it was a bit root bound when I transferred them to 1 gallon pots and they looked a little sick at the time (also possibly due to under watering) but they bounced back quickly. So maybe there’s a residual problem with the roots that’s messing up their nutrient intake?
Jelly Breath:
Older pic to show the weird asymmetrical growth I mentioned.
