I’m just curious of what everybody uses for a foliar spray. I’m trying to find a good folliar spray mix. Right now I’m just using water.
Not foliage spraying at all is the best option. The only time a cannabis plant should every be sprayed with anything is if absolutely necessary to treat insects or mold. It risks mold due to raising the humidity by spraying. Another consequence, if spraying with additives, is that it can clog the plant’s stoma, inhibiting moisture, oxygen, and CO2 respiration. Spraying raises more risks than it could ever offer in benefit. This is particularly important during flowering because one of the possible consequences of spraying is bud rot. Mold in veg is often treatable. During flowering it usually isn’t treatable and results in having to throw away your flower.
I’ve only seen one grower on here that used foliar feeds. But i believe they were only part of a bigger, more complicated feeding system.
Only time I spray my plants is if I see pests, or should a mildew issue arise.
What he said!
Yeah I like to keep it simple less room for errors (being a noob and all)
