I don’t have any experience with p4p or ffof but I can send you over Here where I put a basic dry amendment guide for auto in a cheap soiless medium and I got 2-3.5 ounces out of each auto(mykos made a huge difference you can get a free sample pack from their website for 8 bucks of shipping)
