I have been watering to run off, but until last 2 waterings was feeding about 950-900 in. Water every 3 days 1.5 to 2 gallons with about 3-4 cups of runoff
If only on top its light burn, ive seen this to many times…
IMHO looks like you are burning them up with your light. Raise your light up about 10”. Keep’em growin! 
Ok I didn’t want to take the tent apart and add 1 foot extension, so I took the wire hangers off the light and did two zip ties and connected the adjustable cables to the center of it, the light doesn’t get too hot and they are 3-4 inches above the panel. The light is at 15 inches above top cola now. Let’s see if that helps it out.

I think the ppm is running to high , if you water , water , feed and never check the ph or ppm in the dirt first before you feed your plants 
, you will burn them everytime are you will stack up to much food in the soil and cause one nutrients to be locked out . If a finest to keep the roots balanced and moist at all times , dont let your plants dry out .
The leaves will change colour nothing to worry about
Maybe watch the foxtailing with the heat.
I think it will my freind. It is not bad at all and i think you caught it in time before anything wasted 
The zip ties should be just fine. The leafs will change like that all over alot of times as it matures, but being just the very top fading and the rest of the plant super vibrant green, i believe light intensity was just a little bit high for that giant donkey d**k ya got going on 
This late in flower, the plant needs less light. I would suggest turning down the power on your light to around 50% for the final push. This will also help with foxtailing.
