I’m starting to wonder, do I really need to add a ton of nutes to my autos? I have 2 autos ( 1 banana kush and 1 purple kush) both in a 7 gallon fabric pot. My soil mixture is strawberry fields at the bottom followed by ocean forest with happy frog at the top. With that size pot and the short life of an auto, is it really necessary to blast them with all kinds of nutrients? I got some liquinex 0-10-10 bloom if I need for flowering. Rite now the are at the end of the 4th week and the purple kush is heading into preflower. Any thoughts? These are the pics at the end of week 3
With a good soil you could get away with a solid top dressing durring flower.
Use a product balanced for cannabis such as Jack’s or the Fox Farm Trio.
In 7 gal pots you should have a decent size plant and fox farm ocean forest will run out of nutes around 4 to 6 weeks. Im not sure about happy frog and strawberry fields but i wouldnt feed at all in veg thats just me but i would just keep a eye out during flower if you see anything off then you know that you have to add a weekly feed schedule. Id recommend neptunes harvest rose and flower npk ratio of 2 6 4 also has one percent of calcium and is organic seaweed which feeds the soil and has heat resistant propertys for your plant.
I have a bottle of Liquinox 0-10-10 bloom and a bottle of Snow Storm Ultra. Which would you suggest during flower
Ive never used any of those but you need nitrogen on a small scale during flower so your missing nitrogen if its a 0-10-10
I think snow storm ultra have a bit of nitrogen as well.
Then use that
Top is purple kush and bottom is banana kush

I keep mine on 18/6. Kinda curious to see if you are doing the same. That’s if she’s an auto
With auto’s does it really matter or make a difference as long as they get some type of sleep I’m going to be running 18/6 myself
That I started with 20/4 and in flowering stage 18/6, my new bby I started with 24/0
Fox Farms nutrients. She snapped in half due to the massive weight of the cola. I only use Fox Farms products.
