UC ROOTS is a multipurpose root zone optimizer that uses proprietary chemistry to aid in mineral descaling and the removal of potentially harmful biofilms in nutrient reservoirs. By reducing the potential habitat for plant pathogens, UC ROOTS has been shown to aid in root development
Add 1-3mL of UC ROOTS per gallon of nutrient solution every 5- 7 days if nutrient temps are below 68°F or every 1-3 days if nutrient temps exceed 76° F.
Rinsed the roots off and got all of the gunk off. ( came right off, peroxide and water change maybe?) It has been changed into a black bucket, cleaned and less powered nutes. Now going to let it be and the UC roots will here in a couple of days.
So the start of the problem, last night, and this morning. That was the quickest lift and snap ever. I didn’t want to expose them to light for long but wanted to see if they had the alien glob back. what do you all think? Think she will be ok? UC is on the way.
Update on the roots, I haven’t put anymore peroxide on them, because I figured that the UC roots would be here by now. It’s not but the roots seem to be ok and have new ones coming in. That’s a good sign right? The gel isn’t back. (knock on wood) Hope everyone had a good 4th.
These guys have helped me get the alien glob of the rot off my roots. Thankfully. I have also learned some other tricks and tips as well. Hope you are having a great day and had a great 4th.
