Warm, high humidity, and especially no air circulation. Milk and water sprayed on them will kill wpm, many other treatments as well.

@Growdoc got you… :nerd_face:

I used hypochlorous acid to get rid of wpm.

Whats your ratio for the hypochlorous acid

@plumbdand Straight up. No dilution needed.
Won’t hurt the plants.
Btw. I use it too. Bought a generator for it.

Thank you. It’s funny that this has happened because i thought i’ve been keeping my temp and humidity pretty much under control. Temps 75 to 80 and humidity 45 to 55 percent. I am growing hydrophonic though. would that make a difference? I also have 2 fans going suppose i’ll get another fan set up today.

I have a gallon of hypochlorous acid but its way too concentrated to spray undiluted. Id love to have a machine that makes it but I cant justify the cost
A gallon cost $25 and last me a couple of years.

What ppm of hypochlorous acid are you using

Just do a bud wash when you harvest.

Usually between 300 and 500 ppm’s is what mine ends up at when I’m done making a batch and I just spray with that.
I Try to keep it between 4.0 to 5.5 for the ph.

A couple of years ago I sprayed a plant with 3 parts water and 1 part hypochlorous acid and it completely fried the plant. The stuff I use is 500ppm I wonder if mixing it with 8.0ph water changed it in some way

@plumbdand Yes. I believe it would have.
If you are diluting it then RO or distilled water only is the recommendation.

There’s something about too high of a ph changing the hocl to a more chlorine base solution. So more like spraying javex on ur plants.

Fraid I had to go out of house ( another forum ) to find the info :man_shrugging: but this should explain things a bit better for you.

Thanks I did some research earlier today that suggested that high ph could change it to chlorine if I read it correctly
