Intensity seems to be more important than specific color

3000k-3500k are fine. Stick with either of those and make sure your ppfd average is in recommended range

Get yourself a par meter. Expensive as hell though
Ppf over area in m². If you’re light has a ppf of 600 umols per second and your space is 1 square meter, then ppfd average is 600 umols per second per m².
Is the hlg 135 v2 quantum board putting out a known ppf or umols per second?
I figure based on manufacturing standard for my light I should able to estimate ppf per second and then estimate the area the light shines down on…

They list umol/joule for popular currents on the website. Umol per joule is short way of saying ppf per watt per second. So 50v at 2100ma is 105 watts at board. If photon efficacy is 2.5 umol/joule, then ppf is 262.5 umols per second. I pulled those numbers off top of my head, not exactly qb performance, but close.
Every light manufacturer that’s worth anything will give you data to figure that out. Maybe not at every dimming level, but at least at full output. Total flux, photon efficacy, or both. Any claim of being equivalent to anything or recommendations for a specific space without accompanying ppf data is pretty much useless in my opinion.

262.5 umols per second in my .372 sq meter tent is a 700 ppfd?

Total flux on a v2 135 kit is more like 300 umols per second. Would put ppfd average little over 800 umols/s on .372 m².
