A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

What am I doing wrong? Can these plants be saved? I have been reading and searching for answers on the internet. As of today, I have not added any nuterients.

My growing area is under T-5 lights on a 18/6 timer. The temp of the room stays in the 75 degree range. I even try to breathe on them for extra co2. I am retired and spend a lot of time trying to figure out this growing thing. _

The PH has been tested daily. I used 2 different testing devices to make sure I am correct. It’s a little high (6.7-7) but not too bad. I added a small amount of ph adjuster to the water.

I am still trying to figure out this proper watering thing. I have a meter that shows when the soil is wet or dry…I also stick my finger into the soil about 1” , etc… I seem to be watering about every 1.5 days (They are in small pots)_

I started with Fox Farm seed starter and then switched after 2.5 weeks to fox farm bumper crop. I started having problems before transplanting them. I thought it was my watering ??

Welcome to the forum. It looks like a nute burn . I tried to find if that FF Light Warrior soil is hot or not but don’t know. I’ll tag @garrigan62 and @Hogmaster and see what they say. You should really join the forum. Theres a lot of knowledge here for the asking!

Your soil as @Sasquatch said is to hot for your seedlings,
You need to find soil with the lowest N P K as possible asap and transplant then into that soil.
When you do you’ll need Hydrogen Peroxide and some root Stimlator and maybe some Liquide Thrive mix 2 mm of each into a gal of water stir real good and then P H to 6.5
When you go to transplant remove all the soil off the roots very gently or just dip and rinse off soil with water fill your pre made hole with you solution place your seedling in and cover with new soil add a little more solution and your all set. Now it will take a few days put you’ll see new growth starting. when new growth has started to grow out then cut the bad leaf off, and your good to go. It 'work for me every time and others that I had do the very same thing as you are going to do if you want to save them.

Thanks for answering. Should I go back to this potting soil or go buy something else?

There are many soils that are perfectly fine for growing MJ. What you want to look for is a good blend that contains little or no chemical fertilizers. Another red flag is when the package mentions “moisture control”. That is another one to stay away from.

Seedlings need a nutrient free environment until they get established. What you are experiencing is not uncommon.

I would strongly suggest you acquire a good PH meter because you will end up using it every time you water.

If you get a chance; fill out a Support Ticket which will give us information on the plants and your setup.

To create a grow support ticket we need some basic information to help diagnose the issue.

COPY/PASTE the below list into your forum post.
Answer these simple questions the best you can.
If you do not know, or do not use something; Just say so = NA

Thanks!

That should work just fine. If its OMRI rated then there shouldn’t be any thing in it that you don’t want. You could even mix your fox farm stuff with that to tone down the fox farm but still have some benefit from the FF soil. @Myfriendis410 gave you some good advice to follow also. Or you could take that Soil you posted mix it with a bag of Black Kow and some mushroom compost add 5 lbs of worm castings and your off … right @garrigan62
