Buds are blooming things are looking good but no smell as of yet.
What strain?
Some are more fragrant than others.
Also high temps and lots of light can reduce smell.
Once you see the trichomes they should have some odor.
I have had plants stink after 2 weeks above ground. I have had others that may smell after 1 month in flowering. You just never know. 
My current plant aka Purps #1 is hands down the strongest plant I have ever smelled. You can smell her up to 25 feet away inside. With no Central AC to spread it and the room to the grow area closed.
Had a relative visiting a couple years ago who mentioned that she thought we had a skunk under the house…Lol
my WWA i could smell in Veg, when they flowered the smell was 10 times stronger
They smell like fresh hops to me. Not a smell, I’d describe as “stink.”
