Hey im new to all of this , meaning my first grow. My question is my plants have very little smell. They are 7 weeks old and look great theres just no smell. So is this common? And if its not is there anything I can do?

What strain, 7 weeks from seed? Have they flowered? Pics maybe?
Some plants just aren’t that smelly, and some are super strong. I could smell mine when she was like 10" tall and still vegging.

Yes its common. Even after they begin to flower. Near the end you will begin to get an aroma. It will increase over time and through the drying and curing. Welcome and good luck. Tons of help and good advice here.

Lucky you have a nice non smelling plant. 
I had a baby (2 inch tall with 2 sets of leaves) MK ultra and it stank the house out. It was 2 foot tall when it flowered and it overpowered the carbon filter and the neighbors could smell it.
Some plants stink and some don’t. Be grateful you have a plant that doesn’t, it’s less likely to attract attention.
