By the way, I’m glad I started a new grow. We had 5 adult family members in for 4 days for Thanksgiving and between the 7 of us, we smoked 40 joints!

They all had much higher tolerance than me and the Mrs. - In fact, she and I barely smoked 1 joint.

Dang, you people can smoke a lot of weed!

It cut into my reserves!

Will this plant with this wonky 2nd set of leaves correct itself?

Close up it looks like the opposing fresh set of leaves merged into one leaf. That top double leaf is on tje second layer not the first layer loke the one at the bottom. Is that even possible?

It should correct itself.

But I don’t see any signs at all of a 3rd set of leaves emerging. Can’t even see where it would come out from.

Anyway… like you said, will just give it some more time to show itself

It aint damaged just different eh I’d grow it too

She’ll work herself out just fine, I love mutants! Or as @anon1893985 says “ freaks on leashes”

Yep. Let her grow, she’ll sort herself out.

You will know what she’s all about soon. She will tell her story. Lol if she is a total freak I’d like to see you do some sort of bonzai wizardry. I’ve been thinking about doing one myself shortly

Absolutely id say. A year ago, id freak out about any little blemish, etc. Finally realized how resilient these plants are. Nice job your doing, and asking questions, or expressing concerns, is how we all keep learning from each other. Pretty cool how it works!

Sorry to obsess about this, but I have about convinced myself that there is not going to be any new growth in the future coming out of the actual top of this particular seedling.

The only hope is that these first set of immature stems (bottom photo, center) emerging from the first leaf node will develop and grow out.

What do you think?
