Warm & freezer combined qwet

Curious if anyone has done the 1hr qwet freezer wash, then , put into levo for the 4 hour infuse cycle or stove top/ hot plate / or water bath? Meaning has anyone combined both methods? Would this make a difference in strength? Or ruin the canibinoids? Or be a waste of time? Excuse my spelling lol cant find anything on the internet exploring this…thoughts please :slightly_smiling_face:  :upside_down_face:

The heat from the infuse cycle would boil out the alcohol, and could potentially cause a fire. The flash point of 190 grain is pretty low.

Cold extraction preferentially extracts THC so finished product is higher potency. Warm QWET will extract more oils that are not psychoactive along with a lot of chlorophyll.

Cold extraction roughly 90% THC.

Warm extraction roughly 75% THC.

Thank you @Myfriendis410 @Newt , so glad i didnt try it in the levo lol. I did see videos doing it in the levo on you tube. But ive never seen both, like doing the freezer way 1st then insted of straining & evaporating off, put into the warm bath for the recommended time, then strain & evap… ??? Do you think it would add to the potency? Or do nothing? I guess the only way to truly tell is to have it tested somehow. Is anyone here equipped to do this test? @Newt dont you do testing? Would you be interested in testing this out? :crazy_face::nerd_face::scientist:

I use this so I can recover the (expensive) alcohol for reuse:

Source Turbo

I use the Source Turbo as well. 190 grain costs money, and I don’t want to evap it off into the air.

Unfortunately i dont have the money for the source so i have to reclaim what i can, some is better then none :wink: 72$ for 2 big bottles of everclear here at the Base.

Got 2.7 grams from 10 grams of product. Is that normal?
