Vacuum sealing opinions?

So I never thought I’d say this but I have too much weed lol. We do have a vacuum sealer, and the bud has been curing long enough. Anybody got tips?

I use a vacuum sealer for my cured buds. I DON’T let it pull a full vacuum, I use the “Pulse” function and just pull enough to collapse the bag nicely without smashing the buds. I store the vacuum sealed buds in the freezer.

I recommend using grove bags or jars with a humidity pack. Let it store a cpl yrs. Test it from time to time to see how it mellows.

Id recommend heat sealing some Grove bags. Love these bags and they are meant to be heat sealed and have a long tab up top to reuse even after heat sealing

I have a local friend who stores his buds exactly the same way.

Vacuum sealers if done improperly will ruin your flower for anything but edibles. It will turn it into a solid lump that is hard to deal with.

Mason Jars with a Boveda pack work well and can store flower in the freezer for years (in a NON frost-free freezer). The only problem I have with Grove bags is it doesn’t prevent knocking trichomes off of the frozen flower in handling in the freezer. Jars do a fine job of preventing that.

I have bought street weed like that before. Grinder turns it into dust that runs/canoes every time.

U prolly just had some good ole Mexican brick weed. That stuff was always good for running away from ya too. Never seen too much of that from my mom and uncles and aunts they always smoked tge good stuff as it was always a nice green and stunk of skunk
