UVA and UVB, best practices

I’ve been running my SF UV A bars in my 4x2 for my autoflowers from start to finish. I have them on the exact same timer as my main light so 20/4.
Whether or not it was the UV this grow but I had the most insane frostiest girls I’ve grown to date.
It could be coincidence, the 1 strain I just grew in same tent pre UV and this grow was even more frosty ( was from seed though so not exactly scientific test but what I noticed anyways)
The other strain was first time and it was like someone dumped a bag of sugar on her…again could be coincidence but for how cheap UV bars are why not add them :person_shrugging:

Sorry I missed this…I hope these help

That light would be in the blue range for vegging.

I have 5 ac infinity uva lights in my 2x4, I turn them on 8 hours a day from start of flipping to 12/12, they are on 2 hours after and cut off 2 hours before lights go out. In the last week or two of flower I crank them up to 10 hours a day and all my uva lights sit around a foot away from the plant’s. I turn the uva lights back down to 8 hours a day for the final 2 days when I turn my led’s off for 2 days for the dark periord.
