They are female calyxes and will only contain seeds if the plant is pollinated by a male.

Everything seems normal, no split caylx so no pollution. Keep up the good work

It’s impossible for us to know if there’s seeds in there from just a picture, but the bud development does kind of look like it may have caught some pollen. Poor environmental conditions could make them look this way too though. At this point it doesn’t really matter as there’s not much you can do about it.

Plants don’t look to bad to me. What part of Oregon are you in. If it’s Central I can come take a look if you would like.

Pluck one of those off and open it up… you’ll see a seed inside. If not, those are just swollen calyxes
