I thought it might need cal-mag but maybe that’s not it? Anyone know what this is? I’m using Fox Farm nutrients as prescribed and Fox Farm soil. It’s the only one so far out of six plants. It’s a white widow auto flower.end of week three.
Might be cal-mag. Are you feeding a cal-mag supplement? Can you give us an idea of what soil/medium you’re in and what you’ve been giving it?
I just gave it some cal-mag today, I had not been doing that. I’m using foxfarm soil with Fox Farm trio nutrients I’m going inside. This is a white widow autoflower plant. 1000 watt LED full spectrum lights. Cheapies but all I can afford. I’m using RO water.
With RO water use cal-mag supplement at full strength
Looks a little young to be using any nutrients at this point. If your using FFOF, that’s a bit hot to start with. You shouldn’t need to feed for at least 4 to 5 weeks.
According to FF nutrient list I was supposed to start in second week. I’ve never done it this early before.
Since you are using RO you will want to use Calmag at every feed. Fox Farms is made to work with tap water. Tap water has cal & mag in it. Other stuff too, you might need a special filter or to use dechlorinator but it depends on where your at and what your tap water is like. Tap is HELLA cheap also! Should look into it.
If you are useing FF soil dont feed till like week 4 or 5
I did the ro filter thing for a grow and half. got over it pretty quick. ppm of my water here is about 170 so i just bought some screw on RV filters off amazon dirt cheap and haven’t looked back. Can not see a difference.
My water ppm is around 500, I don’t filter and have not had any issues yet. I dont push the nutes super hard so thats likely why. I’m only on my 3rd set of plants with tap so maybe filtering will be required down the road I don’t know. Following the flushing schedule for FF nutes probably keeping salts at bay.
oh damn,. that’s a lot lol. yea just goes to show how resilient these plants are and what works works.
I think u may of gotten some water on the leaves thats what it looks like to me
