Looking for guidance on transplanting seedlings from coco into their final pot.
I’m transplanting out of a 6” plastic pot. I dampened the coco a little and tried to support the root ball but the coco crumbled and I had exposed roots. I’m sure I have some transplant shock going on

They should be fine, just give them a good drink after repotting and let them go.
I like to give the plants a good water a couple of hours before repotting too. It lets the plant soak up some water and nutrients and the damp coco coir stays together better. But if you have perlite mixed in it can fall apart more readily. It doesn’t always happen and usually the coir comes away from the end of the roots but the main root ball stays in tact.
