I have a feminized photo and I’m " bend" training and was wondering if I should top or not?

It’s more commonly called LST( low stress training) and topping is totally up to you. If you’re trying to fill a space in topping will give you more colas( flowers/bud site) but make sure you have a strong enough light to suffice the number of colas that you are trying to achieve. Use the search option at the top of the page and look up LST and topping and go from there Growmie 
and when you find somebody’s comment or style in a journal that you like you might be able get them to help you replicated in your grow. You don’t have to top to get more colas. LST or HST ( high stress training) can do the same effect as topping because your main goal is to break the apical dominance of the main cola so the plant sends the exact same amount of nutrients to all of them that are the same height. I achieve the same goal by plucking leaves off the top Colas I want to slow down until the lowers catch up.

Thanks for the advice. More big colas is what I’m after. I believe i have enough light and I have nutes under control. First time LST.

You want at least 40 watts per square foot of growing space. If you don’t have that much or can’t afford it right now don’t worry you are still produce smokable buds but don’t try to push your plants past what their environment will let them.
LST is easy nothing to worry about Google LST clips they was a game changer for me.
Since you are new at this I advise you get some Teflon tape and honey so in case you break or snap one apply the honey to the break/fracture for its antimicrobial properties and wrap it with Teflon to help support it cause it stretches as it heals and is easier to remove than duct tape or electrical tape
