Just wanted to get some feedback on what’s best for autos, topping or LST?
Growing in 4x8 tent and want to make the best out of the space.
I top my autos, mostly for height control. I do end up bending a few over and tiing them down some if they are getting to tall for my tent, but nothing drastic and not to often…
But this is just me, others may do different…

I top and LST. Have 2 going right now. I topped/LST’d on one and left the other. I want to see the difference in growth and yield.

Sorry I don’t have any pics. I just get up one morning and think it’s time and do it. Usually around 4th node, maybe 5th. Just depends on how the plant looks. I have a orange bud (not an auto) starting right now that I haven’t paid enough attention to and its near that stage but looks like crap so I’ll wait a little longer ( but with a photo I will have longer) if it was an auto I wouldn’t do any topping on it & just use LST.

I also like to fim at four or five nodes on autos. here’s a picture GSCE auto fimmed one time at 4 nodes.

I prefer to LST autos. Could just be my clumsy heavy hands… but I always missd the FIM (not in the good way) and topping just seems to stunt my plants…
LST is just less damaging and time restraining imo. But Ive seen many others get monsters from properly times toppings.

Been out to California? Notice that the redwoods are still standing? I don’t follow football much but I do the Titans cuz my nephew plays for them. Just realized my age again make that great nephew.

Autos LOVE bondage, best way to maximize field.
Too or FIM at the 4th or 5th node, depending on health of plant and start LST 1 week later. Be careful when bending stem and branches, you don’t want to break stem, will stunt growth.
