Sheila is having a problem. Pictures say it all. Watering ph 6.3 adjusted drinking water. Every third water watering with cool bloom. 12 hours lights on 12 hours lights off heat adjusted to 75 during the day and 68 at night. Fan runs 24 hours a day. Is it normal for the leaf tips to do this or do I have a problem?
What are you growing in brother?
K def
Howdy
I think you have nutrient burn,I would back off the Koolbloom.
If you are in soil,pH around 6.7 in flower.
@Hashtonbutcher Nutrient burn would just be the tips. Follow the link above.

I’m doing a 2 gallon flush with 6.7 pH water hopefully that will get the cool bloom out of the soil.
Not your problem and will only increase your issues.
What do you suggest then
You have potassium (K) deficiency. I linked you above to a topic concerning the same issue. Then I tagged you to the photos that show you the issue. You need potassium. Simple.
Okay I went to the link but I didn’t notice anything about potassium maybe I didn’t scroll up instead of down I will have to check it out again. Thanks for your help appreciate it
Scroll up. That was the end. Starts at #6652
So do you recommend staying with the cool bloom or should I go back to the superthrive? Or just stay with the pH water for a while? And that’s on top of course of adding potassium into the mixture.
Cool bloom has a higher K in it.
All right I thought that the cool bloom was the main culprit cuz I didn’t have it till after I started using it. But what do I know? Just starting out on this this is my first grow.
It’s possible to lockout K with too high a P level. Those both have the P & K values balanced.
Btw the numbers on the bottles are the NPK values.
Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium
We all start somewhere. I just wanna help you be successful. I get that it can become overwhelming with P’s, K’s, Mg, etc. It also doesn’t help newbs when I abbreviate ie K def.
Usually you start to see potassium (K) deficiency begin around wk6. This is when your plant requires K in increasing numbers. That’s when you reduce the Phosphorus (P) amount back and begin increasing (K).
Using bottles or bags (salts) you’re unable to adjust the numbers. This is why people will use blackstrap molasses after wk5 flowering. It will allow you to use the, Super Thrive bloom bottle, but still boost the K levels of your feed safely. It also adds (I)Iron, (Ca)Calcium & (Mg)Magnesium that are needed as well.
It’s also helpful for you to measure the pH of your soil. Simply watering with pH adjusted water isn’t enough. The pH values of your pots are gonna fluctuate up and down naturally over time. Knowing the pH of each pot allows you to adjust the pH of your water/feeds to raise or lower the pots pH into zone for uptake.
I know how to check and adjust the pH in the water. But not how to do it in soil? I do have a meter but the the needle never did seem to move when it came to the pH.
