How many weeks has the plant been flowering?
Do you have a jeweler’s loupe or a cheap USB microscope so you can look at the trichomes. This is important because it affects the type of high you get from your smoke.

Your pictures are pretty far away. But when I zoom in it kinda looks like the pistols are still white?
Closer pictures of the buds would help
