The little round leaves? They will yellow and fall off as the plant no longer needs them. It’s normal.
Your pH is too low and should be ~6.5.
Your plants would benefit greatly from more light.

also my ph was 6.7 . I used the dipping method and since they have been low

Do you have a PH pen to test PH or using test strips. If the latter…way too much room for error Growmie
