Yes, 60-65RH is good, ideally want it to be around 60-62 after we’re done with the couple weeks of opening for gas exchange. I don’t use boveda packs for curing or storage, I only use them for my current smoking jars that get opened daily, keeps the buds from getting too dry.

I just opened the C-vault today, and the rh was at 42. What’s the best way to lift the rh?

Not sure what a cvault is but when I need to raise the rh in my jars I throw a fan leaf or two in there for an hour, remove and see where she settles.

Thanks. That doesn’t reduce potency, does it? I’m asking because a long time ago I put orange peels in an ounce, and it made it less potent.

I highly doubt it would have any impact on potency. I haven’t noticed any change in taste or potency from doing this.

I put in one small leaf in each jar, and it raised the rh from 43 to 46 in two hours. I added a couple more leaves in the jars for now. These are the C vaults I have. I didn’t want to buy weed, so I tried popcorn buds of the first KS. It dried for 9 days, and cured at about 45 rh for 3 days. The high is great. A bit of a creeper and it’s a clear high.
The only problem is that it has a very harsh taste. I’m not sure if this will go away when the 2 week cure is up. I want a good cure. I’m not sure if I have enough leaves, but is the best way to cure them with a few leaves every day?
Also, I have my last 2 plants drying in my tent at a constant 44 rh. One is wet trimmed and one will be dry trimmed. It’s been 7 days drying for the wet trimmed ks, and 6 day drying for the dry trimmed bk. Could I get some tips? Thanks.

i open the jars everyday for 2-4 minutes.
The only thing I can think of is your humidity being so low. I take mine to 62% and once there and stable I leave it alone

How do i get the curing buds to 62% for at least 2 weeks? I read that for curing you shouldn’t use boveda packs. Have you used boveda for the cure? The buds smell amazing.

I’ve tried Boveda but not a fan. I’ve used fan leaves, a damp paper towel and a domed propagator in the past. One thing i have learned is to take your humidity passed 62, close the lid again and let it settle then repeat. I’ve misted the lid of my curing jar as well

The last kosher sorbet is in jars. It weighed 77 grams. II didn’t tare the plate The plate weighs 13 grams.

This was my first harvest, ever. The plants were vegged for 11 weeks. The final pot was 5 gallons. I started the grow with CFLs for seedlings, vegged with Mars Hydro TS 1000, and flowered with HLG 300 Rspec. The kosher sorbet is from DNA Genetics. Bubba kush is a seedsman freebie.
