The saddest thing to me is that the sugar leaves and stuff looks green and healthy, but all the fan leaves are dying ): makes me wonder how much she could have bloomed into. Sad day for me lol
@Myfriendis410 @PurpNGold74Turn your lemons into lemonade. I see a lot of good there.
For anyone who is following, i ended up doing some research into the strain i was growing. It was a hybrid that i got in an 1/8th from the dispensary. The strain is an exclusive one from a local grower so there wasnt much on it when i looked months ago, but i decided to dig deeper. I found that its a cross between red headed stranger and chunk dawg. Apparently red headed stranger and chunk dawg are extremely hard to grow, and RHS has one of the longest flower times at 12 weeks. Both strains said for experienced growers (which i sure am not). So after finding out all these things it made me feel better that i at least made it as far as i did with what is considered very hard to grow even for experienced growers. Thank you guys for your help and im currently flushing her. Trimmed all the dead leaves off and im harvesting next wednesday.
Ok shes cut and hung. I dont have many good pictures because i had my gf help but she didnt really know what to do lol.
all the low roots where black, and there was green looking spots all over the outside and inside of the soil (bright green). Also, black spots inside of the stem when i cut it and black streaks running up the outside of the stem. Safe to say it was rotting, but it was not root bound at all. The roots where not even close to the bottom or sides of pot besides a vert few stray ones.@Myfriendis410 @PurpNGold74Pretty much what I expected based on the symptoms. Thanks for the autopsy.
Likely over-watered: your root ball would be a loofah shaped like your pot. Seriously. The manufacturers of coco talk about reclaiming it to use again and I’m like: NOT!
It’s all a learning experience and just wait until you get into your next grow!
Looks pretty dang good to me! Sweet harvest n congrats on the chop. Well done indeed.
That root ball did look dark as heck. As MyFriend said, likely cause right there
Congratulations on the harvest. You will have some tasty Christmas smoke. Every grow we learn more and get better. Hope to see you growing more soon
I got 120 grams of quality bud, and 15 grams of popcorn. I couldnt be happier honestly with all the issues i had. It smells and looks great
Congrats on the harvest! Smooooke!
Congratulations!!
Hey this is about another post I seen about organic grow. You said after 3 weeks you use teas, mykos, silica and kelp. How much do you add per gallon and do you do everything at once or different watering sessions? Thanks in advance
