They just won't flower

But all plants are not flowering. If there was a ‘mistake’ would it happen to 5?

I think you’re on to something @HMGRWN …looks like they’re growing like photos to me. They need 12 hours completely dark. The bud sites look good and ready

On the positive note you’re going to end up with some big plants.
Good luck !

Last year I had a GSCE do this.I gave it to a friend and he topped it ,pinched it back some.then out of nowhere it began to flower.it also grew big like a photo but it made the finish line with a very nice increase in yield.keep us posted on the outcome.you may be surprised.

It is also possible there was a mistake in packaging/shipping and regular feminized seeds were sent.

That’s what I’m wondering if that happened. I haven’t had it happen through my orders but I would definitely not give up on good healthy plants they ready to flip if can just get it triggered. I would mess with the lighting an the temperature if it was me just to try an if not it shouldn’t hurt the plant either way

Could be the ruderalis expressing itself too and these are just super lazy. Interested to see how this plays out

I’m a little confused. One of the big reasons of growing auto flowers is that they will flower when they’re ready, regardless of the light cycle

Many people run their auto flower lights 24 hours a day. I run mine 20 hours a day just to save money during peak use hours with the electric company.

So by you doing 12/12, you’re basically slowing down the potential of those plants to start flowering. Does that make sense? They are only getting half the energy possible from the lights/sun.

The use of 12/12 light cycles is only a method used for “photoperiod” plants to trick them into thinking it is autumn and this begin flowering.

I agree with those suggesting move back to 12/12 and make sure lights out is DARK. This is not necessarily a mistake, although anything is probably possible. But usually just the photo lineage being more dominant than the ruderalis.
