It’s felt almost decriminalized in the UK for a long time now. Stuck in a weird liminal space where there’s much public or political appetite to change anything. Medically it’s becoming relatively more normal for people to get cards and prescriptions, and obviously they grow a shit ton secretly, but I’m not convinced a major shift is coming any time soon
Guardian article is really interesting. Once it’s legal cannabis, like anything, is at the mercy of capitalism
