Well after reading a whole bunch of threads, mainly @Hellraiser ‘s I’m going to be adding a California Lighworks Solar System UVB to my grow! Can’t wait for that and the Diable 200s to come in! Went to adjust my light height today and figured out the DLI starts to go down on the outside colas as they get above the optimal footprint, at least adding another 3 lights and a 4” fan will keep everything humming nicely!

Well it looks like my wife is going to finally let me set up my bigger 3x3x6 tent! So now I have to decide on whither to get the 2 Diablo 200’s or a 600 rspec… funny part is I could actually squeeze the 600 into my 2x2 if I really wanted:joy:

I dunno. Perhaps not. I’d still grab the refurbs. No reason to pay full price. My refurb is brand new - maybe not literally but I couldn’t find any damage on it.

I was looking at the refurbs, 650R is 750 and 600 RSpec is only 600 for 50w less, ends up being $3/w for that jump up, even the new scorpion Diablo is only just over 2/w so I don’t see a reason to pay that much per watt unless there is something I’m missing about the 650R over the 600Rspec besides the 50watts?
Not trying to come across as argumentative or anything, just trying to learn and understand is all!

No not at all! I dont remember off the top of my head why I ended up preferring the 650R to the plan 600R.
Maybe @dbrn32 has input?
I may have just gone that route because I like the Diablo board so very much on my mini.

I really appreciate that…i tried to come out of the closet and made the game plan i wanted 2 5x5 tables and utilize the bedroom, so thats what i came up with…getting another se7000 for the other table eventually but invest in 4 bucket rdwc under this one first.
