Does feeding the plant tea made from tea bags have any benefit?
No. Perhaps you can build a compost with āteabags as an ingredientā, but, I would not try to enhance mt soil wiht teabags.
Yes . not only are they a good sorce of nitrogen , they also keep the soil conditioned as they break down
