Check out Budget LED They are out of Michigan. I am running 2 of their Series 3rspecs in my 4x4 tent. I also am running their 250 watt veg light in my veg tent. Make sure u get the XL heat sink. The series 2 is a bit cheaper, but still an excellent light. @Bulldognuts has those and had a great grow with those.
I seen the light on right bud 369 bucks free shipping. Price wise sounds about right. Shop around I think you can find a kit . Google, horticulture Lighting Group 260
Or HLG 260 a member on here spoke couple days ago that they had restocked
Thanks for everyone’s input. I appreciate it. I pulled the trigger on HLG 260 v2 Rspec XL. Should be in 5 or 6 days. Any advice on prepping for flowering would be much appreciated.
When you get ready to flip to 12/12 light schedule for flowering. You will have 7 to 10 days before you actually see it start flowering. Also looking at the space you have to work with it is very common for plants to double in size after flip . You’re going to be very happy with your new light. Hope that helps good luck.
I tried the hand under the light trick, I went to raise the light but its 93 million miles away!
And then there was light! The difference is unbelievable. Went withHLG 260W v2 Rspec and Bloomimg Flora has amazing customer service. Thank you all so very much.
We told you so! Your plants will love you! Not only that but now you look at your plants in fairly natural color not friken blurple!
So my new HLG is killing it. My ladies are very happy and I’ve been letting them heal from their pre flower trimming and I’m flipping this weekend. It’s my first grow and I’m probably over preparing but my issue may be with humidity. It hasn’t been a problem because it holds a pretty steady 60-65. Through research I need to get this 4x2x5 tent down to 40-50 for flowering/budding correct. Do I maintain 60-65 the first couple weeks of flower? I would think a dehumidifier would be the answer but these things have lights…so what paint tape over on/off light. Most of the smaller ones I find just turn on. do i need to select one with digital reading to put on an exact 45-50 or will the ones that just turn on get me in range? Any recommendations on what units work well would be appreciated.
