So i just flipped my 4x8 to flower 4 days ago im running 10am to 10pm but it isn’t realy ideal for my personal work schedule would the girls be ok if I switched to a different 12/12 schedule or would it mess with them sense I just flipped

It will not mess her up as long as you give her the extra time from the change in darkness! So let light stay off until you want it to come on the next day with the change!

Any schedule is fine, really. Be sure to have a longer dark period when you do switch so as to not confuse your plant(s.) For instance: if you wish to go to 12am to 12pm, then when your 10:00pm lights off period comes, then do not turn the lights back on until 12 noon the next day. Your plants won’t know the difference.

Am I able to switch to 12-12 even if my plants haven’t started to show any signs of pre flower I’m on week 9 feeding nutes from week 9 fox farm chart and on yesterday’s feeding 11/24 I started to add powersi here are some pictures of how the ladies look now any help would be highly appreciated thanks
