You can increase the PH of your water to level it out but I wouldn’t over water to do it. Next time water with something like 7 ph. At least that’s what I would do.
Ok will do it just got its first water 2 days ago so it’s still ok for now but will increase ph before it goes in @Matthew420
I will say I didn’t have runoff when the plants were still as small as yours. Just be cautious of overwatering. Especially if you’re trying for runoff, which I wouldn’t recommend at this point. That’s just me, though.
Yea I watered to runoff it was recommended by @garrigan62 so I’m not worried but your right I’ll need to keep an eye out for overwatering @Matthew420
Do whatever he suggests for sure
Agree with @Matthew420 follow garrisons direction but Matt was also correct raise ph level of water in should raise ph in run off and soil
Will do @Countryboyjvd1971
Raise it to 7.4 it will come out at 6.8 once runoff is 6.8 adjust water back to 6.8
6.8? thought the perfect ph was 6.5
But your the pro I’ll raise it for next watering when it needs it thanks @Majiktoker
Adding lime to your soil will raise the pH. I would get back with Will to determine how much you should use. He’ll have a better understanding of how much to use than I do.
Other than that, you’ve been given good information about adjusting the soil with water…
Sorry if you raise it to 7.4 run off will come out to be 6.6 and 6.5-6.6 is used more as a sweet spot for ph 6.8 wouldnt harm them either
Ok would you recommend me adjust with water or what @FloridaSon said? I’m leaning more towards water so I won’t have to go get anything but if it’s best for my plant I will @Majiktoker
@Swan1234, this will help rinse out the minor toxic build up
I would use only the water and skip the lime
Ok will do! So I just need to wait till next watering to correct? @Majiktoker
Yes @Swan1234 as soon as she dries up you’ll be ready to correct
Ok thanks for the advice! @Majiktoker
My pleasure @Swan1234
Happy growings
