Quick snap of the red light draw. 119v @ .930 (max .955) amps for ~110watts after initial startup. I think I’ll order a replacement driver next week and add a little heat sink material on to the back of the panel.
Blueberry is the first to the finish line. Started flushing yesterday went from 1100ppm to 400ppm first day added florakleen, 24 hours later measured 600ppm another half swap of water and a little more florakleen, and now around 300ppm. Tomorrow we will swap to just ro and let her finish out a day or two of that.
After thinking and reading a bit about this Red Light, I found the same company makes a full spectrum light with more red in it than some of the others. I’m going order up that version for the other side of the grow to compare results. So far parts of the plant hit directly by the red light seem bigger and more full, but im not sure if its the spectrum, or just the additional light source that is causing the additional bulking.
Blueberry at the start of flush. She also went 3 days with her air pump unplugged in error which seemed to cause her to finish out a bit earlier than expected.
She will hang in the dark area of the grow room to dry out over the next 3 days. Then the strawberry kush will take her place.
Moved plants around and put a chocolope the been in veg in a tiny bucket for 4 weeks into the bigger bucket and a clone of the monster plant in the middle. Going to see about keeping her a little smaller this time by going to flower 2 weeks earlier.
And last but not least the two testers in little buckets. Getting back to painting next week. Were just topped and added another air stone to each bucket as I wasn’t using those others.
Its been more than a few days since the last update. But we been busy over here. The monster in the middle got unhappy with her situation and ropes were involved and she ended up torturing herself through the cover. Thats right the whole net pot slipped down the hole, so imlve had to keep her a cohple of gallons of water lower, which brings us to the yellow leaves. She is still a good month away from harvest but trying to keep ph and tds all in range in less than 3 gallons is proving to be hard. Still the over all plant and flowers looks great. I had topped this one a few more times than more (31 more times to be exact), and she made mad branching that would have been useful to clone from, but I only kept one really good clone to grow out and try and to better.
But hey let’s see some pictures right?
Thats 5ft of Bush there (6 from the floor). She is going to be heavy. Really nice output from f1 seeds. The clone I took will go with another clone I took a month ago, plan on trying to refine a few of the this phenotype just based on smell alone, its like walking into a weed and pineapple room in there right now.
Here is the clone I took a month ago. From the same plant. This one is only dressed from the both up and topped once. She will be the seed plant on this run.
And lets not forget im pushing the space i have to the limit in this room. Here we have Chocolope (first time growing this one) hiding in the corner, have to get her a little more light soon.
Over here we have the clone and the purple and gold seed im working on again. After painting the buckets and lids we have no more issues with algae. All of the green root areas are white and new roots started from higher in the basket. Next ill be messing with these foam collars and cutting out a few baskets to allow bigger root growth.
Oh and blueberry has been jarred and smeeling like sickly blueberry in the jar. Just about 5 oz from a 12/12 from start photo seed. Strawberry was hung up late last week, dried in two days (have to do something about that…) and jarred at around 6 oz. These might need a little water added back in the form of used boveda packs.
