Welcome. I believe if your go to Buy Seeds you will find info about what your looking for. They will list what height and yield. Again these are numbers that the best conditions yield. Also experience goes a long way in growing. happy growing

Start with indica strains
Can be short and bushy. Also read up on scrog.

Zkittle auto only got about 1.5 feet tall and yielded about 3-4 ounces each
Super Skunk is short, easy, high yielding and has a nice kick.
