Stopped At One Inch

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks.

“each and everyone of them stopped growing after about 1 inch. They haven’t died but they’re just standing there, not growing. And they are in a terrarium with plenty of other plants that are growing. I forgot to mention that one of them had the seed husk on the top, I had to take it off and hope the leaves will grow from there. It didn’t happen.”

Light too far away and watered too much

@Fever You beat me to it. Lol. I was going to say the soil looks too wet and the light appears too far away.

I agree guys. It also looks to me like dense used medium. That might be the issue.
