I’m thinking if I should are shouldn’t, being I’m no prefessional, just a novice experimental researcher trying to get good quality medicine regardless if how I grow is different than others but yet it works are I wouldn’t tell others to cause them problems.
@yoshi that’s how we all learn I think. Watching and following along to see what works or doesn’t work. Just my 2 cents. I enjoy your posts.
I understand your position, but I would like to make a suggestion…
As @bob31 pointed out, your topic is your experiment that you are sharing with the forum. Why not document your grows for all to see that are interested in what you are doing?
I’ve learned a lot following others successes and failures. I would hate to lose your input, for better or for worse. I get to choose what to do with my grow based on the information I have to work with. You have provided me with information that has helped and I’d hate to see others lose out on that.
If it makes you feel better, make your first post on the topic a disclaimer or something. Don’t just stop offering thoughts.
I know you feel offended. I get it. Get over it, Brother.
This is from my heart. You know you have much to offer here. Don’t withhold it.
Please don’t be offended by my words. They are said with the utmost respect.
Peace to you, my friend…
I’m not offended…I just don’t do confusion cause it’s a difference of opinions are grow methods. But I’m thinking if I should, but I’ll let you know by tagging you If I write a journal.
looking good bro, how old are these ladies in this picture? Sometimes I need a mental lesson on seeing the plant at certain ages
I believe they’re 3 weeks from breaking ground. I’d have to look at my private notes to verify that though.
I’m actually pretty amazed with the new light! I’m accustomed to strong growth, but the leaves look better than I’m used to seeing. Except for the light blister on a couple before I raised the light.
I may be ready to transplant next week, but I’m waiting for some roots to show at the bottom. I’ll be putting them into Foxfarms Ocean Forest.
I’ll put a tape on them soon so you can have a better reference…
ive noticed that in my case the plants seem to bush up more under led lights
I’ve grown the same strain I’m growing indoors , outdoors and my indoor grow has a busher look to them But I’m not complaining
I agree. I’m not used to seeing such large leaf development so early. It’s not a bad thing, just noticeably different.
OK, it’s 24 days since breaking ground. Sorry about the picture quality. I’ll be working on that…
That is the average size of the 6. I’ve never kept such close track of my plants before, so I’m not sure about the comparison from previous grows, but they seem to be doing well.
I don’t believe those leaves will recover from the blistering. I’m keeping a close eye on the new leaves coming out. Height adjustment is very low tech and easy to move. Just suspended with paracord and tied off at the wall.
B.S. 1&2…looking top to bottom…
B.S. 3&4…3 has the worst blistering which I showed above…
5&6…
And finally, awaiting their debut…
2 ILGM Blueberry Autos…
Was given a gram of something called “Block Head”. Never heard of it, but I’m fixing to sample it…
Well, the wife just woke up. Her only day off, so I’ll see y’all tomorrow evening! …
Ditto to all of that don’t know how I missed this?
- best of luck!
My bad, Brother. I’ll tag you next time.
Sweet thanks for the update brother, yeah your new light is a bit more powerful than the last one eh? Lol
Thank you for putting a reference tape on your girl that is much appreciated Now we can see how fast she grows!!
And making their debut this morning, a very anticipated welcome to the Blueberry Auto sisters!!!
BBA1…
BBA2…
Anyone familiar with these, what is the average age that this strain begins to flower? Trying to get an idea of when she’ll be getting close to harvest.
Day 1 for a future BoM contender…
anyone can grow a contender…change that to WINNER !
I would love to be that optimistic, but I’ve seen what the competition looks like. I had to learn humility the hard way. That lesson will never be forgotten!
I do appreciate the confidence…
We maybe will compete for the March or April one and I have a hunch that you’ll be a strong contender for the title
I know I won’t be ready for March. We’ll see about April.
Mine experience a relapse of growth with the fungus gnat episode and I will gave them another week or two to vegetate, so that will give them a harvesting time somewhere in late March and early April, of course if I don’t have any other problems in the way…
I have bookmark your topic for an easy follow up
Today, I’ve prepared another solution from my worm bed for spraying and light watering. Here is what I started with…
I then added 1Tbs. of whole milk. I couldn’t bring myself to pay the price for the raw milk. I also added 2.5ml of superthrive…
I adjusted the pH with the Bragg’s raw apple cider vinegar. I went lower on the pH than recommended because my runoff was too high last time…
After reading more on worm casts, I decided to top dress with them before spraying with the solution. The cotyledons are beginning to die back, so I figured it would be a good time since the worm dressing isn’t supposed to burn them.
I cleaned what I pulled out of the bed…
Half of the coffee canister was enough to dress the 6 B.S. with 2Tbs left for both BBA. I don’t pay much attention to the clock, but it seemed about an hour to clean what I had. I’ll get started on cleaning some more since I want to mix more in when I transplant.
Last night, shortly before lights out, I topped all the B.S. except for #2 which is the bottom left in the next picture. I will attempt a FIM when it’s ready. Probably tomorrow…
I also took a picture of the light through a #10 welding lens. Maybe a #12 would be able to block enough light to see the individual diodes. I don’t have one, but my eyes could see them with the #10. I didn’t look long!!! Man that thing is intense!..
So that’s where we are right now. I expect the ones that were topped to start flushing out tomorrow or the next day.
Thanks for following along…
Ôoo men your lights looks intense You’re surely gone a achieved big yielding big time with those
My next lamp will be a cob one for sure… I’m a little bit envious
Question did you foliar spray, i’m asking because i’m curious of the shiny look or this is a secret weapon ? , lol
