@Fatz1973 happy superbowl Sunday too you. For watering, I don’t think I’ll get as far as eliminating it, I think it would be to boring that way, unless I was to get into a large grow, which I don’t see that in my future.

@Dforce Thank you brother. I love being hands on and since I’m home at some point everyday it’ll remain so. I don’t even like using a timer. It’s not feasible to be home every night at 7 though. If I fail I’m a moron but if a piece of equipment fails then all Hell must be paid!!!

@Fatz1973 well now you see you put me in a spot. This might get me kicked off of The Forum. We don’t do football or any sports. I lost interest while doing time, saw a couple of deaths behind the football game and a stupid argument. From that time on when Sports was on I stayed out of the TV room. Lost all interest in it hope you all enjoy it and have a great day though my friend

@RPgrower i lost interest in sports a long time ago. 2004 when the RedSox broke the curse I was pretty much done. All I needed to see in my lifetime. Many lived and died and never did. Sorry you had to experience those things in life. I’ve seen crazy shit over a $0.25 ramen noodle soup. Some people are just animals

You are very welcome @JaneQP. I hope that you find this method works for you. It works really well on my pain I have in my shoulder blade. My scapula certainly is another region of constant discomfort. Best of luck GrandBunny. Back and shoulder pain is horrible. If I push on a certain point behind my right underarm right on the edge of my scapula I can feel the blood run to my pinky on my right hand. My pinky gets all cool and pins and needles like feeling. Sometimes it’s quite relieving!!!

What’s good Blackmoon? Yeah running a chainsaw will definitely put your back into fits. I do enjoy working with a chainsaw every now and then. Used to run a lot of fire wood back in the day. I like the table because I can feel my back loosen. It good for my neck too. Perhaps I should just go to the chiropractor. I haven’t been to a doctor since 2019 and Covid began. Since chiropractors aren’t doctors I wouldn’t be sacrificing my principles. It’s probably all mental since the weather is so nice this winter I should be working. My guilt is manifesting itself as pain. Thank you @Blackmoon for stopping in and commenting. Best to you your plants and the back my friend!!! Cheers!!!

And good morning to the rest of the forum. Been thinking about changing up my medium a little still want to use coco and perlite but I’m also going to start using some organic soil at least 1/3. I was doing this once before and was pH in my Solutions a little higher. Also I don’t have to use this hot of stuff. I can mix one gallon and make two especially for the first couple of months. I guess my question is has anyone ever used this type of organic soil it has kelp meal and alfalfa meal in it.

@RPgrower Good morning to you as well Sir. Was a very peaceful weekend for sure. The grow is kicken as well. As for the organic soils, I haven’t used any kind before, so no help from me. I have heard that when you mix soil with coco, it makes it a little more difficult to control. As in Coco needs nutrients every watering, and organic needs no nutrients. Maybe try a clone in the mix and see how she grows.

I myself would try the organic by itself, that way you can see how she grows with watering only. If you see any signs of deficiencies you can then add things to correct.

@Dforce thank you my friend, now that sounds like a much better plan 
. I will try organic only with a couple an see how it works out. Depending on the density of soil may add a little perlite to help with drainage. What is your thoughts about this

Still may have to take her in for another checkup though. I actually started with some soil when I first started it done okay I want to try it again cuz I get tired of mixing the Jack’s 321 all the time and if you got the right soil it does pretty good also. I cant comment on any ones nutrient line. Nobody uses what I use and I have never used Jacks. I wont change mine as I am perfectly happy with the results.

@Fatz1973 so you like the idea of a cannitrol, huh? You really really think that it’s worth it? From what I see, the smallest model is like 1400… I’m only going to be doing 4-6 plants. That crop was too much. Until I can dial it in and just scrog my closet, I don’t have time for it. Omg, I gotta from like 8 plants tonight. And I couldn’t wet trim bc it’s way too much work when I work full time too. I was spending 2 hours a night. Watering almost every other day religiously. Tripping over shit, spilling shit. Getting stressed. This grow was too much. I’m glad it’s over and I can start with a small numbe and really love them up. I want the tcheck bc I really do want to start pressing or making edibles and “trading “ them. Lol. In that case, I’ll get a big crop going and it worry about looks or anything. Just get her done and grind her down. In that sense I guess the cannitrol is smart. But if I’m just doing small number, that sucker is industrial, no? I’m investing in a trimmer for next time too. Lol
