Have they even popped above the ground yet?
What exactly are you using for medium? Soil, coco or a blend?

One popped this morning! If I planted them at the same time should they both pop at the same time? The other one hasn’t done anything yet.
Also I put my box fan about 4 feet from my plants, is this a good idea or bad?
Don’t need a fan at this point but as long as it does not blow directly on them it will not hurt.
They are individuals and may be days apart. They may look and grow completely differently. 
Still need to know exactly what they are planted in. If it is coco I think it needs to stay moist. 
I use soil and it has different needs than coco from the start and all the way through. 
There are lots of coco users here that will be more help if that is what you have.
