Don’t think so. Those starter leaves actually provide everything that seedling needs at this point. Even after they get a little bit bigger the happy frog should provide some nutrients, so I think you have a little bit of time before feeding would be required.

@dbrn32 excellent that’s what I thought. on their feeding schedule they say start at week one.

Oh ya way too soon. What does it say exactly? Some don’t count veg stage until 2 sets of true leaves. And big bloom in veg? Hmmm I don’t use those nutes but that sounds odd.

It will all come in time. Don’t get discouraged by the amount of information out there.

Watering can be a real tricky issue. You want to water and end up nearly drowning them with all the love. Then about the time you learn to water less, they start wanting more to drink! Lol

After spending time with your girls you will begin to learn their needs by the way they behave. Kinda like your own baby. You end up learning what different cries mean just by spending time with them and learning what they want.

It’s a really long learning curve that we are all on…

Good morning - I use the FF nutes but I also use FF soil. I do NOT start feeding any nutrients until my plants are at least 4 weeks from seed. Even if I were using some other soil, I believe the rule of thumb is to wait until the cotyledon leaves have started to fade and yellow as a sign it is time to start adding nutrients. I do not see a more current photo of your plants than 4/9 but I would say your plants are too young and small for nutrients. Best, Jeb

These are my ILGM seedlings that I just started on FF Grow Big. They were popped on 3/11 and planted in soil on 3/14.

The week one isn’t counted for feeding schedule won’t apply until you get that classic 5 segment leaf. That is usually around the same time the two little round leaves start to yellow.

I use a mix of Ocean Forest and Happy Frog with about 30-40% course perlite mixed in. I usually don’t have to feed for 6 weeks after they pop the soil. Then I start at a 1/4 recommended dosage.

@anon95385719 Big Bloom is mainly used as a bud site encouragement. Not necessarily making the buds bigger. That’s what Tiger Bloom is for. Big Bloom can be used throughout most of the grow.

More bud sites equals larger colas…

now that’s a beautiful site, LOL. I hope mine look like that…

@FloridaSon thank you this makes it seem a little less daunting I’m considering fox farm nutes since I’m using the happy frog and then ocean forest on transplant.

I only have the liquid trio, but @Countryboyjvd1971 has used their Dirty Dozen pack.

They also have a powdered trio that @highcountrygal uses along with the liquid. At least I think she also uses the liquid, but the two trios can be used together.

Using FoxFarms, you will want to also get a cal/mag supplement of your choice…
